Charleston Peak Winery

The Symphony restaurant is located inside the Pahrump Valley Winery. It has a small dining room with around 15 tables (reservation recommended). The menu was solid, and the food was prepared perfectly. The person who enhanced our experience was our waiter, Rose. Rose has a million dollar smile along with a sparkling personality. She was simply the best!

Pahrump Valley Winery is a fantastic surprise found while were staying at Wine Ridge RV Resort, which is happily located next door to said winery. We had to ventured over to experience the winery as we were so close. What a great choice it turned out to be. We stepped up to their wine bar and begun tasting some very delicious wines. All of the wines on their menu are created on this property, at least two of the wines, the Nevada Merlot and the Zinfandel, are crafted using grapes that our grown on this property. All of the wines that we tasted were unique, tasty, choices, but the two grown on the property were my personal favorites. The Zinfandel is quite unique, it finishes sweet - very unlike most Zinfandels that I have experienced. After tasting the wines we went into their restaurant for dinner. Again, a lovely surprise. We were greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable host, who went on to handle our service throughout our dining experience. Not only was she knowledgeable about the food served in the restaurant but she was filled with fun information about the Pahrump area. She truly made our dining experience memorable. We were started off with bread and the wine we selected during our tasting, then we ordered appetizers and the main meal, but were simply to full for dessert. I attached photos of our meal. It was all lovely, well made food. Our compliments to the chef. I highly recommend this winery/restaurant. Everything was excellent.

We had been to the annual wine stomp a few times before COVID hit and it was always packed and fun! Different heats for stomping, they started at 12 and went well into the afternoon. Wine was sold inside and outside the winery, (they even had their own red blend that sold out quick) wine tours, gift shop, both tasting bars inside and a few outside were open and poppin!! Even the restaurant was packed, glad to pay the 25 per person!! And now... Restaurant closed, wines weren't being sold and if they were, the staff didn't forward that information, instead they tried to get people to play lawn games and I wasn't there for that. I went to watch competitive grape stomping while enjoying lunch in the restaurant after tasting their flights of wine at the bar. Roam the gift shop for my mom's BDay gifts and get stuff for me too. Not this time, instead, my husband paid 50$ to walk onto this property and roam around for an hour. What a waste of money. I did buy 2 oils, 1 vinegar 1 flight and 2 glasses of wine. I hope this new owner gets a clue or hires a partner that has a better sense of a good time cuz a 25$ ticket for 1 "taste" IS NOT A GOOD TIME

The Winery is the best all around restaurant with an atmosphere in Pahrump. Anyone who is visiting I tell them to come. The service staff have been there for a while in the restaurant and are all friendly. There are new owners which are expanding the place which will be good I think. The previous owner upgraded the main area a while ago which is nice. The meatloaf is unique for a higher end restaurant, and would recommend. Everything is good and if have time, get some wine from NEVADA biggest winery.
